Pound out steak, about 1/2" thick.

mix cloves of garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, cheeses, salt, pepper & egg.

Place mixture on steak, spread evenly. Roll steak tightly secure with string. Brown in olive oil with 1 clove minced garlic.

Add to tomato sauce, cook for 2 to 4hrs until tender. Cut string off, slice in 1/2" slices serve over pasta with sauce.
