Steps

Take khadai put little oil

Now add hing,soaf,jeera,whole coriander,red chilli haldi

Now add squeez lokki cook for few min

Add basan and sattu and cook

When masala cook properly add salt,gram masala and chat masala.

Let them cool

Now make a dough for kachori.

Put maida, oil and salt in a big bowl

Make a soft dough with the help of water.

Rest for 10min

Take a small ball from dough and roll small puri

Stuff lokki masala and cover it.

Spread the stuff ball with the help of hands or by roller

Put oil in khadai

When oil become medium hot put kachories in the oil.fry till golden brown.

Serve the khasta grma gram lokki ki kachories with chutnies
