Cauliflower & peas Samosa
#Tea Time Snack.
Steps

Take maida, atta, add 1 tbsp oil, some salt and start to make dough. Slowly add the chill water and make a dough not so soft or not so hard. Cover it with a wet cloth for 30 mins.

In between take a kadai add 1 tdsp oil. Once oil gets hot add Jeera powder, Dhaniya powder. Now add oinion, and stir fry. And add green chilli and stir for 2 mins.

Than add the cauliflower and cook for 2-3 mins. Now add garam masala. And add green peas. Cook for another 3-4 mins. Once done switch off the flame. And let it cool

Roll out the dog balls into flat puris.

Cut into two and in put in the peas cauliflower mixture into it and make samosas. Total 8 samosas will be made

Take oil in a kadai and fry the samosas...

Serve with tomato ketchup and Hot tea.
