Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add Jeera & garlic.

Add crushed peas, peanuts, til and all seasonings. Saute all for 1 minute. Switch off gas.

Add maida & water in a bowl. Make slurry.

Place two samosa patti in a cross ➕. Place peas mixture. Place cheese cubes on it.

Fold it like pic.

Apply slurry on edges. Make shape of packet.

Make all pockets like wise.

Deep fry these pockets on medium flame until golden & crispy.

Peas cheese pockets are ready.

Serve with tomato sauce.
