Preheat 375°F, bake 10min makes about 45 small or 35 large. Don't make them too small or they get hard

combine margarine, sugars, egg replacement, vanilla

combine dry together - flour, baking soda, baking powder

add dry to wet and mix

add oats, choc chips and nuts

Form in 1 inch or 1 1/2 inch balls

I made these twice and both times they spread out a lot and got really thin. Taste is ok, but they just don't bake up like a cookie. They also don't keep very long; my first batch went rancid within a week.
