Firstly cashews soak in water for 2 hours.

After 2 hours in mixer jar add soaked cashews, onion, garlic and ginger.

Blend it. Paste ready.

In a bowl add mashed potato and salt, garam masala, red chilli, corn flour and mix well.

Grease the palm with oil make balls with filling chopped cashew and raisins.

Roll in peda shape with your palm and deep frying it until golden.

In a pan add oil, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt mix and saute.

Add blended mixture mix well.

Add honey, and water for gravy.

Cook for 5 - 10 minutes.

Add garam masala, kasoori methi mix well.

Now add balls mix slightly and garnish with fresh cream.

Serve with masala bhindi, chapatti, salad and coriander buttermilk.
