1/4 cuplight zesty Italian dressing
4 ozNeufchâtel cheese
2 tbspflour
1/2 cupchicken broth
10 ozfrozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 packagesrefrigerated pie crust

heat oven to 375

cook chicken in dressing in large skillet on medium heat for 2 minutes

add Neufchâtel, cook and stir until melted

add flour, mix well

add broth and vegetables, simmer 5 minutes

pour into pie crust baking dish

arrange pie crust over filling, form edges

cut 4 slits in crust to allow steam to escape
9

bake 30 minutes, until cfust is golden brown
