1. Roughly chopped lemon leaves and coriander roots and grind with corn and red curry paste to fine paste. - 2
2. Transfer the ground paste into bowl add salt, capsicum,bell pepper,some corn, cornflour,seasame seeds and bread crumbs.

3. Grease hands with little oil, take a spoonful of mixture on hand shape into balls,flatten,roll in remaining breadcrumbs and cornstarch. And shallow fry in hot oil turning,till golden colour and crisp on both sides.

4. Arrange on a serving plate and serve hot garnishing with red chilli and take with red chilli sauce.
