Ingredients

15minutes
3 servings
  • 250 gmsemolina
  • 250 gmcurd
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 1finely chopped green chilies
  • 1 teaspoonchana Dal
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoondried curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoonchopped cashewnuts
  • 2 tablespoonschopped coriander leaves
  • Oil for shallow fry

Steps

15minutes
  1. 1

    Heat wok and roast semolina till it change the colour. Transfer it to a plate.

  2. 2

    In same wok, roast mustard seeds, chana dal, dried curry leaves and cashews.

  3. 3

    In mixing bowl add roasted semolina, curd, salt, chana dal, mustard seeds, dried curry leaves and cashewnuts.mix all the ingredients well and keep aside for 15minutes. In bowl mix onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.

    Heat 1 teaspoon oil on non-stick pan, place ladleful batter and onion, green chillies and coriander leaves on it, cook from both the sides till it turn into golden brown.

    Rawa Pancakes r ready to eat.

    Serve this hot with tea, coffee or juice.
