8 ozchicken
1purple onion
1red pepper
1jalapeño pepper cut into rings
1/2 tspolive oil
1 tbspcilantro
1/4chili powder
1/4ground cumin
1salt and pepper

Steps

Put chicken, onion, red pepper and jalapeño, cilantro, olive oil, chili powder, and cumin in zip lock bag.

Shake well dump into a large preheated skillet on med high heat.

Cook until done. Season with salt and pepper. (Beef can also be used)
