1 bowlsooji
1eno pouch
4 tbsveg oil
1 tspred chilli
as neededSalt

Steps

Beat curd and mix with sooji.Stir for 2 mins.Add eno.

Micro for 3 mins in idli stand and cut into small pcs.

Heat oil in a pan.add rai,onion and capsicum.stir for 1 min

Add idli pcs to it

Garnish it with green dhania

Now it is ready to serve.
