1onion chopped
2 clovegarlic minced
1 canpinto beans (15.5 oz), rinsed and drained
6 cupspinach lightly packed
1/4 cupchunky salsa
1 tbspchili powder
2 tspground cumin
1/2 tspdried oregano
1/4 tspblack pepper
4tortillas (8")
1/2 cupshredded cheddar

cook onion in large frying pan on medium heat constantly stirring

after onion has turned color, add garlic and cook till fragrant

add salsa spices and beans, then stir

add spinach and cook until soft and well mixed

ready to fool your tortillas with, enjoy
