6 tbspspecial butter
1 cupsugar
1egg
1 tspvanilla
1 tspbaking soda
1 pinchsalt
1 1/2 cupflour
2/3 cupwalnuts

Preheat oven to 350.

Mash bananas

Mix bananas with butter

Mix banana butter mixture with sugar, egg, and vanilla.

Add baking soda and salt.

Add flour

Fold in nuts

Pour into greased 4x8 in loaf pan

Bake for 1hr , cool on rack, remove from pan.
