Steps

Cut all the vegetables and add water in cooker about 2 glasses.

Pressure cook for 2 whistles and slower gas for few mins.

When pressure is released Puree the vegetables with hand mixer.

Sieve the puree.
- 5
Cook on slow flame till thickness add water only if needed to adjust consistency.

Add salt to taste and 1 tsp black pepper.

Serve hot.
