Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 pinchsalt
  3. as neededOil
  4. 1/2 tspGreen and yellow colour
  5. 1 cupaloo boiled
  6. 1 tablespoonGinger and garlic paste
  7. 1tomato
  8. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 4 tablespoonpeas

    Make a dough.divide it three,one part is green and other part mix yellow colour.

    Now first green then white and yellow ste step by make a roll,pin a circle

    Now fry it.

    Take another kodai add oil all ingredients stir it.Add aloo stir it add salt,water cover it.

    After 15 minutes remove it.

    Now serve hit TRIANGA LUCHHA PARATHA with AlOO CURRI,thank you.
