    preheat oven to 175 c

    whip egg whites with cream of tartar

    slowly add sugars. whip until it foaming

    add egg yolks, slowly mix

    add cake flour, slowly mix

  6. 6

    use piping bag to make finger shape

  7. 7

    put in the oven, bake for 15 minutes
