My family can't eat without a very spicy sauce or Salsa. No matter what chilli we use to make it, this will be always very Picante!

Cut the onion, garlic and tomatoes in quarters.

In a small cacerol put the oil and stir-fry the chopped onion and garlic. Add the pequin peppers and finally the tomatoes.

Let them until it looks all cooked. Put into the blender with salt and some water (just to make easy to blend). Taste and rectify.
