Clean the fish tails briefly in running water and after drying marinate with a mixture of garlic, lemon juice and salt for 5 minutes

In a moderate heat, pre heat the pan for 30 seconds and add a tb spoon of oil. And let it heat for another half a minute.

Add your fish tails and fry while regulating your heat to avoid burnt carefully. For 3 minutes each side

After pan grilling add your remaining marinade to the freshly grilled fish and enjoy with green salads
