Preheat oven to 275°

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray

Rub butter on both side of steak
4

Sprinkle the pepper on one side of the steak
5

Sprinkle the salt on top of the pepper
6

Place the steak on baking sheet
7

Place sheet in the oven and cook for 30 minutes to an hour
