First of all add maida in a bowl and add little water and make a paste not too thick or liquid.

Add Kali mirchi Powder and salt in the flour paste.

Dip the potato and Onion Slices in the flour batter.

Add the dipped slices in bread crumbs and wrap crumbs on surrounding of slices.

Add in deep hot oil.

Make the pakora crispy with medium flame.

Serve the pakora with green Chutney and sauce.

Sprinkle some chat masala also it taste yumm by adding.
