Crunchy chin-chin
chin chin is a snack and appetizer.
Steps

Add all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. sift the flour against lumps.

Add the margarine to the dry ingredient and mix until it becomes crumby.

Whisk the eggs separately and add to the above mixture. Mix well and add the vanilla flavour with some water.
- 4
Put on a work surface and knead to form a non sticky dough not too soft and too hard. put some flour on the work surface to avoid sticking of the dough.

Roll and cut into desired shape.

Put some oil in the frying pan and fry on medium heat to avoid too brown and burnt chin chin.
