Ingredients

  • 1 bowlpoha
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wok me oil garam kar mustard seeds and chopped green chilli daale.crackle hone per chopped onion daale kar saute karein.

  2. 2

    Ab isme turmeric powder,chat masala,red chilli powder daal kar saute karein.

  3. 3

    Ab isme wash kia hua poha and lemon juice add kar ache se mix karein.

  4. 4

    5 minutes to low flame per cook karein.

  5. 5

    Garma garam serve karein....
