Ingredients

2 servings
  • 250 gpanner in cube
  • 1Capsicum seedless and cube
  • 1tomato seedless and cube
  • 1onion cube
  • 2 tbspragi flour
  • 1 tsp-besan
  • 2-3 tbsphung curd
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 2 tspDhaniya chutney
  • 1 tspginger Garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a bowl add above all ing. Except all veggies

  2. 2

    Mix finely all masala.balance the taste

  3. 3

    Now add all cubed veggies.mix gently.keep it in fridge for 1 hour.

  4. 4

    After 1 hour preheat oven max. Grease wire rack and arrange all veggies.

  5. 5

    Set it oven for 15 to 20 min.grill it.Till luking golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve hot with chutney
