Steps

Wash dried shrimp thoroughly 2-3 times

Wash red amaranth and cut stem to reduce size

Marinate pork with corn starch, 1 tablespoon oil, sugar, salt, chicken powder and soy sauce

Heat remaining oil and chopped garlic in soup pot and add dried shrimp

Add enough hot water to cover died shrimp after dried shrimp cooked to prevent burning and turn heat to low

Use hot water from pot and put some on pork and separate pork into smaller pieces

Add pork to pot and cook, turning heat to low-medium

Add red amaranth and continue cooking until stem is soft
- 9
Remove vegetable from pot and serve, then serve soup separately
