Little oil in pan, sauté the onion on high for a short bit.

Add rice and cook until white (not translucent).

Add water and "El Pato" salsa (water + el pato = 3 cups). Also add bullion and Italian seasoning if on hand.

Bring to a boil, then simmer (not low) for 20 minutes. Try to use sauce pan.
