Chicken marsala with mushrooms

in a shallow bowl mix flour, salt, pepper, dried thyme and Italian seasoning

dredge both sides of chicken pieces in flour mixture

in a large skillet, melt butter in oil over medium heat
- 4
place chicken in the pan and lightly brown on both sides

remove from pan

add garlic and sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook for about two min
- 7
pour in wine and de-glaze the pan
- 8
let the wine reduce a little bit then add chicken broth and cream, sir and simmer for about ten min
- 9
add chicken back to the pan, cook until chicken is done
