Ingredients

8 mins
  • 2 cupsdiced taro
  • 1 cancoconut milk
  • 2Bananas sliced thick
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspstevia sugar
  • Sesame seeds to sprinkle topping
  • 1 tbsptapioca

  1. 1

    In small pot, boil coconut milk, add tapioca, salt, sugar, and taro for 5 minutes, then lower heat to low.

  2. 2

    When tapioca is clear, add bananas, stir and let cook another 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Serve with sprinkled sesame.
