Shrimp Cooked with Tomatoes (UDANG MASAK TOMAT)

INDONESIA

This recipe is actually just to utilize the remaining beaten eggs after making fried bananas, and there happens to be a tomato and shrimp that I can use to participate in the event for cookpad Indonesia.

Shrimp shells should not be discarded, because it would be mashed with spices to strengthen the taste (as a natural flavoring). But only for those who do not have allergies to shrimp and its derivatives, because if you have allergies, you can not consume this dish (recipe is made from shrimp and eggs). It's just a simple dish that appeared suddenly ... HEHEHE.

Research shows that in the shrimp shell, there is a compound known as chondroitin can help maintain healthy joints. These compounds can increase the production of proteoglycans and kalogen which is an important component in the joints, helping lubrication in the joints, and acts as a shock absorber. The main source of these compounds is animal cartilage, which is actually natural ingredients and of course safe. One example is the shrimp shells. So, do not waste shrimp shells while you eat. In addition to being more practical because you do not need to peel, the skin of shrimp can help maintain the health of your joints. If you do not like shrimp, try taking supplements or milk containing chondroitin.

Benefits SHRIMP SHELL :
* Anti-termite material.
* Inhibiting the multiplication of human gastric cancer cells.
* Increase endurance.
* Lowering cholesterol.
* Reduce the workload of the liver.
* Reducing the work pressure of other organs due to excessive fat.
* Accelerate wound healing and bone damage.
* Avoid the possibility of contracting the disease typhus.
* Inhibit growth of various microbial pathogens that cause disease typhus.
