Presure cook the dal with tomato, chopped green chillies, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.

Knead dough of atta, besan, ajwain, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and salt adding some oil

Roll chapati out of the dough.. cut diagonally into squares and keep aside. These are dhokli

In a pan boil water. In the boiling water add the dhoklis. Cook for 15 min till the dhoklis starts floating

Meanwhile open the cooker 1.5 cup water and keep for simmering. Add the dhoklis into the dal. Cook for some time till dal starts thickening.

Take out in a serving dish. Now prepare tadka. Heat oil. Add cumin and mustard seeds. Add hing and curry leaves. Add

The dried red chillies. Pour over the dal dhoklis.
