Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1 cupChia Seeds
  2. 1 cupold fashion oats
  3. 1/3 cupBran Bud cereal
  4. 1 tbsppumpkin spice
  5. 1 1/2 tbspground cinnamon
  6. 2 tbsphoney
  7. 1 cuphot water
  8. 6pitted figs - minced
  9. 1 tbspvanilla extract

    Heat oven to 325 and line medium cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl

  3. 3

    Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl, let sit 10 minutes so figs get soft.

  4. 4

    Pour wet into dry and stir till well mixed. Pour out on to lined pan. Spread mixture about to about a quarter inch thick.

  5. 5

    Bake 30 minutes. Rove from oven cut into planks, carefully turn planks over and bake 30 more minutes. Let completely cool on cookie sheet.
