Growing up in the south, we grabbed these veggies out of the garden, marinated them overnight, and had a sweet and Sour side dish by morning!

Mix sugar and warm water together to dissolve, and set aside.

Slice Cucumbers and tomatoes and onions and put in large bowl with airtight lid.

Pour sugar water and vinegar over chopped veggies. Let blend overnight.

Open 8-12 hours later, and enjoy. You might want to add more sugar water or more vinegar based on your personal flavor preferences.

Keep in airtight container for up to two weeks. If it lasts that long!
