Ingredients

  1. 2aloo boil and mash
  2. 2beet root boil and crush
  3. 100 garrowroot flour
  4. As needed U can use bread crumbs, oats
  5. 1 tspgreen chilli and adrak paste
  6. 1 tspgarlic paste
  7. 1 pinchhing
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. to tasteBlack pepper powder
  10. as neededCoriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    U can take bowl.

  2. 2

    Add boil and mash aloo and crushed beetroot.

  3. 3

    All the masala ingredients add.and make dough.

  4. 4

    And make small tikki.

  5. 5

    And take pan on medium flam.

  6. 6

    And tikki coatting with arrarut and shallow fry.

  7. 7

    U can see tikki light brown.off the gas.

  8. 8

    And serve the plate with souce.and garnish with corriender leaves.
