Steps

Heat a pan on a medium flame and add oil
- When hot - add cumin seeds and give it a mix

Now add onions and saute until it turns brown
- Add ginger garlic paste and stir for a minute

Add tomato puree and mix well with the onions
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt as per taste

Mix until it combines well the onions and tomato puree
- Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 2 minutes

Now add green chillies and potatoes and mix well
- Add 1/2 glass water and cover it with a lid and let it cook for 5 - 7 minutes

The potatoes are semi cooked - now add spinach
- Cover it with a lid again and let it cook for a minute

Lift the lid - now mix the spinach with the potatoes
- Cover it with a lid again and let it cook on medium flame for a 10 minutes

The potato spinach vegetable is ready
- Turn off the flame and remove it in a serving dish
- Serve hot with roti or paratha
