Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfinger millet flour(ragi)
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. 1 tbsgreen chilli paste
  4. 1 tbsred chilli Powder
  5. 1 tbssesame seeds
  6. 2 tbscrushed or coarsely grounded peanut powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tbshot oil
  9. 1/2 tspcooking soda
  10. 1 cupcoriander leaves chopped
  11. 1 inchginger grated
  12. 1.2 tspturmeric powder
  13. as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep cooker on gas for steaming

  2. 2

    In a bowl add ragi flour besan, Rex chilli,turmeric green chilli paste, salt, sesame, peanut powder, cooking soda and oil mix well

    Add chopped coriander leaves mix

    Transfer the batter into greesed plate or mould

    Keep for steam for 14-15 min

    Once done off the gas

    Let it cool

    Cut into desired shape

    Deepfry or shallow till golden colour. It's ready to serve.
