Hot Butterscotch With White Chocolate

In a small saucepan, whisk together the milk, cream, and brown sugar.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low, add the white chocolate, and whisk until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and steaming hot.

Remove the saucepan from the heat.

Whisk in the Scotch whiskey and pour into mugs.
