Ingredients

  1. 1 lbSausage, cooked
  2. 1/2 lbGrated sharp cheddar cheese
  3. 810 Slices of White bread with crust trimmed
  4. 812 Eggs
  5. 2 cupMilk
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 tspDry mustard

Steps

  1. 1

    Use a greased 9 x13 inch baking dish.

  2. 2

    Line bottom of dish with bread.

  3. 3

    Top with cheese, then sausage.

  4. 4

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top.

  5. 5

    Chill overnight in refrigerator.

  6. 6

    The next morning, preheat oven to 350°F.

  7. 7

    Bake casserole 35-45 minutes.
