preheat oven to 425

cut polenta roll into slices and fry both sides in a small amount of olive oil for a few minutes

brown the ground beef/ground beef alternative and then add veggies and spaghetti sauce, simmer

salt and pepper the polenta slices and put a layer in the bottom of a small baking dish

later spaghetti sauce mixture on top of the polenta slices

sprinkle with parmasan cheese and then dollop the cream cheese on top

add another layer of the polenta slices

add another layer of the spaghetti sauce mixture

sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with the shredded cheese

bake at 425 for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted

serves 4-5
