Heat skillet over med-high heat, add olive oil once hot

Combine all spices, season both sides of chicken breasts

Cook chicken breasts until about halfway cooked

Add water, milk, and sauce mix. Bring to boil

Mix cornstarch and cold water. Add to boiling sauce. Stir well

Reduce, cover, and simmer about 30 min.

Serve over rice
