  2. 1 largeOnion
  3. 2 largeripe tomato
  4. 4 eachlady finger pepper
  5. 1 bunchwater spinach
  6. 1/4 kgfresh tamarind
  7. 1 pinchsalt and pepper
  8. 1 eacheggplant, radish
  9. 1 bunchstring beans

Cooking Instructions

    wash pork Belly and cut into bite size

  2. 2

    cut onion and tomato into cubes

  3. 3

    put pork, tomato and onion in a large pot boil until meat is tender

  4. 4

    add tamarind wait until tender and attained the soury taste

  5. 5

    cut all vegetable into wedges except spinach, string beans and lady finger pepper

  6. 6

    add all vegetable, a dash of salt and pepper to tatse
