I made this wedding cake for a best friend and she wanted the inside of the cake to match her colors so I used 5 boxes of orange cake mix. Since then I have made this cake several times with just one cake mix because this cake is amazingly delicious.

Ingredients

1 boxorange supreme cake mix
1 smallbox of instsnt vanilla pudding
1 cupsour cream
3 largeeggs
1/2 cupwater
1/3 cupoil
3 cuppowdered sugar
1/3 cupsoftened butter
1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
2 tbspmilk

Steps

Mix all ingredients together until well blended

Prepare 2 round pans or a 13x9 by spraying with cooking spray

Place in 350°F oven for about 25 to 30 mimutes

For the buttercream icing

Mix powdered sugar,butter, vanilla and milk until smooth and creamy

Spread on cool cakes
