Need to make a good lamb mince mix, use chopped garlic, onion, olives, chilli and corriander. add tumeric, salt and all spices mix
Steps

Chop lemon in quarters, add lemon juice of 1 quarter into jug with half can of chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, honey and salt.

Chop ginger, and onion into little pieces, add olive oil to large frying pan (make sure you can put a lid on it) heat, once oil is hot add spices and Tabasco, then stir in onions and ginger, cook for 3-5mins

Add tomato sauce and mix water until you have a good sauce constituency not to thick or thin.

Add olives and chick peas

Add lamb mince balls and cover with lid

After 15-20mins take the lid off sprinkle chopped coriander, add remaining quarters of lemons and hummus, don't stir just add on top of sauce.

Cook for extra 10mins letting the sauce reduce.

Serve on plate of salad leaves, with side of cuscus
