Cooking Instructions

In a big pot put in 2 litters of water

Add the sheep or lamb meat (bone or bonless it is up to you . I cooked it with the bone)

Add in all of the seasonings and the rest of the ingredients and cook on high heat on top of stove until it comes to a boil. ( Note you can adjust the seasoning amounts to your taste)

After it comes to a boil reduce heat to medium and let cook until meat is done and tender (about 30 to 45 minutes)

After it is done drain liquids out and serve or you can make a soup out of the liquid

Garnish with parsley
