Ingredients

  • 2 poundsbaby red potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoononion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonparsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 2 tablespoonsbutter or margarine
  • Salt for boiling water

    Boil red potatoes until soft, about 20-25 minutes.....Make sure you salt your water !!!

    Drain water from potatoes....

    Season potatoes with : black pepper, onion powder, parsley flakes, garlic powder and margarine, mix all well on low heat....
