Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 2/3 lblamb
  2. 4 ozsour cream
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  5. 1/2 tsproasted garlic powder
  6. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  7. 1 1/3 tbspparsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut lamb into bite sized pieces. Add garlic, salt, and pepper.

    Heat oil and stir fry the lamb.

  3. 3

    When done add lamb to a bowl and add parsley and sour cream. Mix and let sit 5 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!
