Ingredients

1 hour
4 servings
  • 1half sliced savoy cabbage
  • 1three chopped garlic cloves
  • 150 mlof single cream
  • 1one tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1half sliced white onion
  • 1two large white potatoes
  • 1spinkle of all purpose seasoning
  • 1 dashof salt n pepper
  • 1table spoon of hot pepper sauce
  • 1 dashof lamb seasoning
  • 400 gramsof diced lamb

Steps

  1. 1

    heat a large pot and cook the onions and garlic till softend

  2. 2

    add the lamb and brown very lightly

  3. 3

    add the tomatoes and all the seasoning and stir till evenly mixed in

  4. 4

    you can add more seasoning to taste

  5. 5

    after ten minutes add the cream and stir

  6. 6

    evenly chop the potatoes fairly small roughly the same size then add to the curry

  7. 7

    add 300 mls of water cover then simmer the curry for 30 mins

  8. 8

    add the cabbage then cook for a further 20 mins

  9. 9

    check potatoes are cooked before serving. best served with rice I used wild rice. could have with some bread
