Mix Riser ingredients until yeast is dissolved in water.

Put Skin ingredients in mixing bowl and pour in Riser.

Use a mixer to mix the ingredients until dough is formed. Continue to knead the dough for 5 minutes.

Cover and put the bowl in a warm and moist oven for 30 minutes or until dough is twice the size.

Knead the dough to reduce the size. Roll the dough into tube shape and cut it into 12 pieces.

Press each piece to make it round and flat with the edge thinner than the center.

Put stuffing in the middle of each flattened piece. Fold and close the edge.

Put pieces in a warm steamer and stand for 10 minutes.

Steam for 20 minutes and serve.
