Ingredients

1 1/2 stickUnsalted butter (6oz)
4 1/2 tbspVegetable shortening (2oz)
7 tbspApplejack
2 2/3 cupAll purpose flour (12oz)
1 tspTable salt
1 tbspSugar

Steps

Combine flour, salt, and sugar

Cut cold butter into small cubes, mix in to flour/salt/sugar mix
3

Mix shortening into flour/salt/sugar/butter mix
4

Sprinkle Applejack into mixture while mixing one tablespoon at a time until everything sticks together
