Preheat oven to 180*C (160*C fan forced). Lightly grease a large shallow ovenproof dish. Melt butter in frypan over med heat. Add parsley and cook for 1 min. Remove from heat.

To the pan add half breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, cheese and salt and pepper. Mix well. Stir through wine or sherry.

Drizzle lemon juice over insides of mushrooms and top each with filling. Sprinkle with remaining breadcrumbs and dot each mushroom with a little extra butter. Place in dish and bake for 10-15 mins until browned
