Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 11 ozmacaroni (320 grams)
  2. 2.5 ozspicy chorizo, diced (75 grams)
  3. 1.5 ozcured ham, diced (such as serrano or prosciutto) (40 grams)
  4. 1/2onion
  5. 1 cuptomato sauce (homemade if possible) (250 grams)
  6. Salt
  7. Extra virgin olive oil
  8. Oregano or basil
  9. Grated Parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

  2. 2

    Chop the onion into small pieces and sauté in extra virgin olive oil over medium-low heat for 15 minutes. Add the diced chorizo and ham. Cook for 3 minutes, then add the tomato sauce. Simmer for 7 minutes until ready.

  3. 3

    Mix the pasta with the sauce, stir well, and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil or oregano.
