  • Egg mixture
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 2eggs
  • Breading mixture
  • 3 cupbread crumbs
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 3 tspItalian parsley
  • 3 tspgarlic powder
  • 3 tspsalt
  • Chicken
  • 2 1/2 lbchicken breasts
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil

  1. 1

    Cut some of the chickens fat off and then cut peices into quarters

  2. 2

    Crack 2 eggs in a medium sized bowl and add ¼ cup of milk.

  3. 3

    Put 3 cups of bread crumbs in a large bowl with parsley, garlic powder, and table salt. Then mix together.

  4. 4

    In large frying pan, add vegetable oil.

  5. 5

    Dip chicken in egg mixture then in bread crumbs. Then, put chicken in frying pan and cook till crispy.

  6. 6

    Optional: Put chicken on paper towel and let degrese. Then add salt on top of already cooked chicken
